Under the SEAPORT contract Software Professional Solutions (SPS) provides support in a wide variety of services to include Research and Development, System Engineering and Integration, Testing and Evaluation (T&E), Studies and Analysis, Data management, Logistics Support, Training, Fielding of equipment, maintenance planning, supply support, Technical Manuals (TMs), and modeling and simulation.

SPS SEAPORT QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) PLAN
SPS has established a Quality Assurance (QA) process for the SEAPORT Enhanced contract that consists of selection of teammates with a similar business philosophy and commitment to quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
SPS monitors quality through client dialogue, established and effective corporate procedures, and intensive product technical review. The quality and timeliness of client support is our top priority. The PM reviews all progress reports and contract performance with SPS President and the client.
Quality management steps include: clear definition of client requirements and expectations, development of proper technical approach, frequent review throughout the product development, in-process review with client input, internal inspection before delivery and product acceptance with client satisfaction feedback at task completion. Each step of the product preparation, review, and delivery cycle is geared toward early identification and correction to ensure product quality.
SPS task managers will provide specific and detailed work procedures to accomplish any task requirement. |

As a member of the Triple-I team, SPS works closely with Veterans Administration to identify training requirements, obtain or develop training programs and conduct training for systems, applications and products at any stage of the lifecycle. This includes, but not limited to newly developed systems, as well as existing deployed systems, current systems, and any updates or changes to migrated systems. SPS develops training plans, manuals and other training documentation or training aids. Electronic training tools such as video teleconferencing and computer-based training are employed to enhance the effectiveness of training materials and courses. SPS conducts training for personnel to ensure proper operation, maintenance and testing of systems, applications and products. SPS provides training and knowledge transfer to technicians and other staff with regard to services and associated products delivered under any functional areas described herein. The training allows personnel the ability to operate and maintain the product or process in the future. SPS identifies and/or provides any additional training required by end-users, technicians, or any other staff for implementation, maintenance and use of deliverables specified in individual Task Orders. |

As part of the US Falcon Team, SPS provides technical solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) in support of its migration to an integrated and interoperable Global Information Grid (GIG), as well as other federal agencies having similar Information Technology migration and integration needs. The Encore II contracts represent an ongoing expansion of the Defense Information System Agency's (DISA) Defense Enterprise Information Services (DEIS) I and DEIS II contracts, and Encore follow-on contracts. |

As part of the Raytheon Company team, Software Professional Solutions (SPS) provides support for, integration of activities, and logistical support for Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS). SPS provides logistics and training documentation for software products that include System User and Administrator Manuals (SUM/SAM), Quick Reference Guides (QRG), and New Equipment Training (NET), as well as logistics design, analysis, and documentation in support of maintenance, supply support, fielding, technical field support, and training for both CONUS and OCONUS activities. |

SPS has teamed with Atlantic Link, a subsidiary of Kaplan IT Learning, a market leader and global provider of collaborative, rapid e-learning authoring solutions, to provide strategic e-learning and technical integration solutions to our clients. Under this agreement, SPS can now offer Content Point and Capture Point as the collaborative solution to eLearning courseware rapid development and distribution through the Knowledge Point learning management system (LMS). |

Requirements (R2CSR) contract:

by the U.S. Army Communications Electronic Command (CECOM) in
Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. SPS is proud to be a member of this
team. The R2CSR Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity
(ID/IQ) contract vehicle is available to any U.S. government
customer.

the U.S. Army, Communications-Electronics Life Cycle
Management Command (C-E LCMC) in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey.
SPS is proud to be a member of this team. This contract covers
a broad range of life cycle services designed to efficiently
meet the integrated engineering, business operations and
logistics service needs of all Command, Control,
Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and
